2012 Health & Fitness Challenge

Join one or more challenges
Lose 15 by Easter.
Walk 10,000 steps Daily.
Run 10 Miles Weekly.
Go to www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/groups_individual.asp?gid=54831
 to join the challenge or to enter your data for this week.
Once you open the above link, hit “join this team.” At the very end
of your free account creation you’ll again be asked to join the NWCC team.
After you’ve joined, be sure to select one of the three goals.  Once logged in
go to “start” on the upper left. Then go to “how to use this site” for a quick
tutorial on the site. We’ll track our group progress and cheer you on!
