Northwest Community Church Advisory Council

  NWCC uses a unique approach to leadership.  Similar to the board at a hospital, the Advisory Council
meets quarterly to discuss “macro issues” dealing with the direction and focus of the church.  The Advisory
Council leaves it up to the Pastor and servant Team Leaders to make the day to day decisions in the church. 
Also unique is our use of outside members on the Council.  These members bring fresh perspectives and insights to the team.
